An Amber Alert for Brock Guzman has been issued in Northern California following the carjacking of his parents’ car today at approximately 5:00 in the morning.
Guzman, 8, had been waiting for his mother and father in the backseat of the family’s silver 2001 Toyota Corolla when it was stolen by an unknown male suspect outside their home in Fairfield, CA.
Officials say the abducted boy is about 5-feet tall and 100 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a gray shirt with blue pants and may even still be wearing his bathrobe.
California’s Highway Patrol has extended the zone for the Brock Guzman Amber Alert to include Solano, Yolo, Contra Costa, Sacramento and Napa counties.
The carjacked vehicle is registered in that state with license plate numbers 5BWF072. Anyone who sees it and/or the missing child is asked to call 911 immediately.
