Bill Cosby Has a Somnophilia Fetish - What the Heck is THAT?

Jul 10, 2015

At least one accuser claims Bill Cosby has a Somnophilia fetish, proven by his alleged lifelong penchant for having sex with women he’s doped into unconsciousness without their consent or knowledge.

That kind of criminally deviant behavior is the product of a mental disorder decades in the making, say experts in sexual fetishism, and typically first surfaces during early childhood, right around the time of puberty.

Often called the “Sleeping Beauty” fetish, the aberration manifests in an abnormal arousal for sexually victimizing people who are in a state where they would be unaware they’re being violated, and not likely to remember when conscious.

Mental health professionals classify such an unhealthy fixation “predatory paraphilia” and further state that, so far, it’s virtually incurable.

Worse, though it is considered by sexologists to be one of the more uncommon of sexual fetish disorders, Somnophilia  (pronounced sahm-no-feel-ya) can develop into an ever rarer one still: Necrophilia -- the desire to have sex with dead people!

So, if a Sleeping Beauty fetish is indeed the accused entertainer’s problem, then get well soon Bill Cosby.
