Convicted HIV Hitman Sentenced to 30 Years

May 16, 2015

Convicted HIV hitman Michael Johnson was sentenced this week in Missouri to a minimum of 30 years in prison for maliciously infecting his unwitting sex partners with the potentially deadly virus he was carrying.

The defendant, a former university athlete, deliberately exposed at least 30 previously healthy individuals to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, six of whom pressed charges against him as well as providing court testimony.

Missouri law allows criminal charges to brought against those who are aware they have the incurable disease but fail to disclose it to their lovers, regardless if properly taking medication, or whether protection is used or not.

Johnson -- who also goes by the online handle of “Tiger Mandingo” -- was diagnosed as HIV-positive two years ago, and then immediately began engaging in unprotected sexual relations with multiple partners who, unknowingly, contracted the condition themselves.

The defendant also infected others with an array of STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) and even secretly filmed 32 of his encounters on a laptop -- all of which brought added penalties during the sentencing phase of his trial.

As a result, HIV hitman Michael Johnson may now be spending the rest of his life in prison for his numerous biological assaults and invasions of privacy.

And that, for a 22-year-old, is a very long time.
