Could the Latest Bill Cosby Accuser Put Him Away for Life?

If California officials have their way, the latest Bill Cosby accuser could help them put the accused serial rapist away for life.

Could the Latest Bill Cosby Accuser Could Put Him Away for Life?

That’s because model Chloe Goins’ recent allegations of drugging and sex assault might not be time barred.

In fact, under laws regarding sex abuse of minors -- which the young woman was in 2008 when the alleged attack occurred -- those statutes of limitation might not even have begun to run yet.

Like dozens of women before her, Ms. Goins is reporting an assault that took place without her knowledge and consent after Cosby slyly slipped her a Mickey and incapacitated her.

Yesterday, she joined a handful of other victims suing the entertainer for such misconduct and asserting that doping-to-molest females he understood wouldn’t otherwise have sex with him was a criminal pattern Cosby had engaged in for decades.

“Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins’ body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious,” the lawsuit she filed on Tuesday states.

It’s not the first litigation that beleaguered comedian Bill Cosby has seen this year of course, but, since all of the complaints against him so far concerned historical offenses, he’s been safe from prosecution.

This newest accuser’s case, however, could be the game-changer.
