K9 Nabs Two Teens in Slaughter of Five at Broken Arrow OK

Jul 23, 2015

A K9 is credited with tracking down two killer teens who slaughtered five family members and left another for dead in upscale Broken Arrow Oklahoma yesterday.

The arrested juveniles -- both male and related to their victims -- had been hiding in nearby woods after launching a vicious home assault that left five of their closest relatives dead and one critically wounded.

“It appears that the two suspects fled out the door sometime during our arrival. We had a K9 track, and they were apprehended,” a police spokesman has confirmed this morning.

He said that officers responding to a silent 911 call from the residence did not know for sure what to expect when they arrived, but found one young child still alive and unharmed in a crime scene drenched with blood.

That unidentified survivor of the massacre is now in protective custody; another child discovered near death is being hospitalized for her stab wounds.

Neighbors in the otherwise crime-free Tulsa suburb told police that two parents and at least five kids lived at the effected address, and that none of the children attended local schools because they were all strictly homeschooled.

The two teens believed to be responsible for the bloodbath are aged 16 and 18, and are currently in custody, pending further questioning and criminal charges.

The well-appointed community of Broken Arrow Oklahoma boasts an affluent citizenry of about 100,000 and is flanked by the Arkansas River and the Indian Springs Country Club.

Mass murder is not a common occurrence there.
