A 30-year-old beneficiary of revolving-door justice has just been arrested for the 41st time.
Hopping between the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Brandon Hayes has racked up an array of offenses ranging from assault to drug distribution, and now faces a 10-year sentence if convicted of his latest crimes.
Hayes was only a passenger in a car pulled over for numerous traffic violations on interstate 95 in Warwick during the weekend.
But the career felon had three bags of weed on his person and a loaded illegal firearm which he refused to relinquish to the patrolman, so he was taken into custody.
That’s officially 1.366666666666667 arrests for every year this hopeless repeat-offender has been alive.
