Customer Service Fail for Hammerhead Waiter #AtLarge in OH

Sep 26, 2015

A waiter who hammered a disgruntled patron in the head this week after first insulting the victim’s girlfriend is still at large in Cleveland Ohio.

The hammerhead employee hasn’t been identified, but customer service fails such as his are apparently becoming more commonplace in the highly competitive hospitality industry.

Last summer, for instance, a spiteful Chili’s Restaurant worker in New York was busted after he hacked a gob of phlegm into a dissatisfied diner’s takeout drink.

DNA tests were later conducted on the man’s fouled beverage after he submitted it with his criminal complaint at State Police headquarters.

When the results came back a perfect match to the sample investigators had taken from a swab of Chili’s server Greg Lamica’s mouth, the spitting suspect was charged -- and the food chain sued -- for his extremely gross customer service #fail.

No charges of any kind have yet been filed in the Cleveland confrontation.
