Florida officials searching for Rachel Crenshaw (below) -- who disappeared from Vero Beach on September 26th -- are seeking the public’s help with her puzzling missing persons case.
The 33-year-old woman was last seen arguing with her boyfriend at a home near Flamevine Lane.
Ms. Crenshaw departed on foot during the altercation, leaving behind all her valuables, including a wallet, car and cell phone.
That’s made the hunt for this missing Florida woman especially difficult now, said a spokesman for the Vero Beach Police Department:
“Many times, we are able to trail somebody when they have means such as a credit card, debit card or phone,” he said. “But we have her purse and wallet in our possession, and it was left behind in the vehicle. So there was no way to track her.”
Investigators have confirmed the boyfriend was questioned last month and that, even though they “have not ruled out foul play” in Crenshaw’s disappearance, he isn’t considered a suspect.
Rachel Crenshaw is 5-foot-5 and 140 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair. On the day she vanished she was wearing a white New York Jets T-shirt, jeans, and black shoes.
