BREAKING NEWS: A manhunt is underway for a subway shooter this morning who opened fire during rush hour near the Penn Station stop in Manhattan.
At least three riders were hit in a spray of bullets -- one of them fatally -- but the motive for the dawn attack is yet unknown.
A spokesman for the NYPD stated his belief that the shooting occurred in the underground at the Eight Avenue 35th Street station between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., but may have “spilled over” into the streets.
No suspect/s have been identified and the victims also weren’t named.
