Oregon police searching for Eugene Vibar (shown below) are seeking the public’s help in solving the 33-year-old’s missing persons case.
Vibar vanished on the first of November 2015, after attending the HOWL Halloween festival in Portland the night before.
A friend says he last saw him that Sunday morning leaving the home they share to “take a walk” in the nearby woods.
Mr. Vibar never returned from his trek and five days later the housemate reported him missing.
Eugene Vibar is an adult male about 5-feet-11 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue-jeans and a black or navy blue coat.
Anyone who may have seen him or knows of his present whereabouts is urged to contact the Portland police at 503-823-0097 and/or the missing man’s friends at 510-589-9189.
