Johnny Depp and Depp dogs Pistol and Boo have made themselves Australia’s public enemy number one, two and three, simply because the trio couldn’t bear to be apart.
In fact, the star of the Caribbean Pirates’ franchise could face up to 10 years in prison for “smuggling” his terrier suspects into the Outback via a private jet, during the filming of the fifth installment of the popular Disney series.
Evidently his two Yorkie perps -- who appear in the photo below disguised as mere harmless house pets -- have the otherwise famously-rugged Australians living in fear for their lives these days.
And, because the daring and dastardly duo somehow conned their way out of weeks of mandatory quarantine, they’re both being hunted by the authorities now, who want them apprehended dead or alive.
It’s not clear if Depp's wife, Amber Heard, will be charged as an accomplice for acting as the eleventh-hour getaway girl, but she’s credited with whisking outlaws Pistol and Boo to safety again, secretly flying them back to California when no one was looking.
Word has it a deeply disgusted Depp has also left the Aussie continent this week, amid rumors that filming on the Australian set of “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” has abruptly been halted, due to the canine kerfuffle.
