Florida police say the drunk driver who blamed her dog for a single-vehicle crash last week in Orlando has been busted for DUI.
Officers also charged fabulous fibber Christina Lamoreaux for leaving the scene of the accident.
She was apprehended at her home -- smelling distinctly of booze and acting tipsy -- shortly after colliding into the side of a nearby apartment building.
According to the incident report, Lamoreaux not only attempted to frame her poor pooch during questioning about her alcohol-inspired crime spree, but also failed a field sobriety test and resisted arrest.
Despite the suspect’s repeated assertions that her pet was to blame for everything and should be the one that goes to jail, the dog was not taken into custody.
