Jerry Sandusky: More Charges for Convicted Pedo?

Oct 29, 2015

Penn State’s convicted pedophile coach Jerry Sandusky is already serving up to 60 years in prison, but now he faces the prospect of additional sex abuse charges and a lengthened sentence.

Sandusky’s latest accuser was allegedly only 16 when he was molested by the once-celebrated now-disgraced sports legend at a football camp in the late 1980s.

Unfortunately, the 43-year-old man hesitated to file a criminal complaint until well after serial sex offender Sandusky had been arrested in 2011for assaulting at least 10 other youths over the course of decades.

Thus, this particular victim had been statutorily barred from prosecuting his abuser, although a judge yesterday patently disagreed that those Statute of Limitations have expired, ruling that the case should go forward.

A spokesman for the Attorney General’s office says they’re studying the higher court’s decision in order to decide how or if to proceed with a new criminal case.

A lawyer for jailed pedophile Jerry Sandusky vowed his client will “vigorously defend” the latest accusations that have surfaced against him.
