A Maryland boy who smooched a classmate on a dare this week has now been charged with second-degree assault.
The 13-year-old allegedly grabbed a 14-year-old girl at his school in Baltimore County and assailed her with a brief but unsolicited show of affection.
Neither the victim nor her *attacker* have been identified because they are both minors, but the boy accused of planting a kiss without consent will be tried and sentenced as a juvenile.
The kiddie kissing bandit will also face disciplinary action for violating Pikesville Middle School’s code of conduct, said an administrator there.
MEANWHILE, an elite prep school grad in New Hampshire has been declared “not guilty of assault” for his preplanned rape of a 15-year-old freshman girl last year.
Owen Labrie, 18 at the time, was a gung-ho participant in an annual sex-offending “tradition” at Saint Paul’s preparatory school in Concord NH dubbed the “senior salute.”
He was convicted this summer of felony luring and misdemeanors related to statutory rape, but not for assaulting his under-aged victim, since, somehow, she “consented” to being violated by him.
Labrie lied on the witness stand in denying he sexually penetrated the 15-year-old when forensic tests had already confirmed the presence of his semen on the inside of her undergarments.
Friends also testified that the preppie predator had in fact bragged to them about having his way with her later that night, and that he routinely referred to such types of intercourse as “slaying.”
It was never revealed during his trial exactly how many other female students Owen Labrie had similarly targeted for sex abuse, in his perverse quest to be ranked the number one debaucher in St. Paul’s class of 2014…
