Legal Woes Loom for A-List Womanizer Who Hid HIV Status - Hollywood

Nov 12, 2015

A womanizing A-lister who bedded major Hollywood stars but never told them of his HIV status is fearing he’ll be sued -- or worse -- for failing to disclose his contagious condition.

The lethal leading man has not been outed yet, but sources close to him are reportedly urging the unidentified actor to come forward and “own” up to the situation, before it blows up in his face.

In the interim, Hollywood has gone into panic mode, since many starlets and other “hot properties” known to have been intimate with him may likewise have HIV too … as well as those they subsequently had unprotected sex with.

None of the women’s names have been released either, but the odds of these celebrities, as well as their agents, loved ones and studios, seeking legal redress for unwittingly being infected with the incurable disease is very great now. Especially if they can prove the suspect knowingly “put them at risk” of contracting it.

The HIV-positive movie star has allegedly been aware he was infectious for “a number of years,” yet continued to romance a string of A-list actresses, supermodels and high profile television personalities.

The human immunodeficiency virus he’s carrying causes Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and is a sexually transmissible disease that mainly afflicts males.

Although somewhat treatable, it has reached pandemic proportions since first emerging as the deadly “gay cancer” of the 1970s.

In countries like the United States, those who fail to disclose to their sex partners that they have such a diagnosis, or who intentionally transmit HIV and AIDS to an unsuspecting victim, can also face criminal prosecution.
