Missing Sisters Seized from Anti Family Court Safe-House in Minn.

PHOTOS: Two missing sisters embroiled in a custody battle have been seized from a safe-house where they were dodging a family court order awarding them to an allegedly abusive father.

Gianna and Samantha Grazzini-Rucki

Siblings Gianna Rucki and Samantha Rucki were each about 14 and 15 respectively when they voluntarily *disappeared* in 2013 so they wouldn’t have to live with a parent they didn’t trust.

Minnesota police acting on a tip this month located them in “good health” on a farm near Herman, Minnesota and told reporters that they’re taking steps to finally enforce “the unification process.”

The White Horse Ranch where the pair sought sanctuary after a court psychologist dismissed their abuse allegations as “brainwashed” offers refuge to victims of unjust family court decisions and “reunification therapy.”

The organization states on its website that “Broken children and hurting horses are able to bring each other to a place of healing through God's unconditional love.”

The mother of the long-missing teenagers, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, had been arrested last month in Florida on felony charges of custodial interference and deprivation of parental rights.

Investigators say, despite being jailed, Ms. Grazzini refused to betray her daughters’ whereabouts. She also maintains she had nothing to do with their joint decision to run away from their father.

Both of her girls are actually old enough now to choose where and with whom they wish to reside, and likely were able to determine that two years ago when a family court judge gave sole custody to Grazzini’s ex husband.
