Bizarro the Abductor Pleads No Contest to Kidnapping in CA

Sep 23, 2015

Bizarro the Abductor, Matthew Muller, pleaded no contest to kidnapping charges over the weekend, partially concluding a crazy crime spree that first came to light earlier this year.

The oddball 38-year-old ex marine and Harvard grad was the “masked man” who had abducted a Vallejo woman during March of 2015, in an elaborate home invasion and ransom scheme that quickly went haywire.

Muller let the 30-year-old victim go two days later without collecting a dime of the money he was demanding for her release, but the strange tale Denise Huskins then told police led them to wrongly decide her abduction claim was “a hoax.”

The ordeal prompted Huskins and her live-in boyfriend to file suit against county authorities for defamation, since investigators not only dismissed the couple’s report concerning a masked kidnapper, but publicly denounced the couple as “liars.”

Muller himself added to their already twisted abduction saga by defending his victims’ version of events in lengthy rambling letters to the media and police.

That dumb move and other missteps ultimately led to his arrest for a similar attempted robbery he’d staged in June, and to which he has just pleaded no contest.
