A 32-year-old kissing bandit is accused of burglarizing a Portland Oregon couple as they slept, then stripping bare naked to climb into bed with them.
For that, Richard Defeudis was charged and indicted this week on four counts related to breaking-and-entering, as well as sexual molestation.
According to the criminal complaint against him, Defeudis kissed the man he was robbing while wielding a knife and in the nick.
His victim awoke during the bizarre sex assault, grabbed his gun and fired several shots at the intruder.
The nude kissing bandit then put his pants back on and fled the scene unharmed, but was later apprehended at a vacant property close by.
Defeudis appeared in court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to his weird crime.
