Charlie Sheen Offers He-Said She-Said Defense to Exposing Partners to HIV.

Nov 18, 2015

In a carefully televised disclosure, the troubled son of famed actor Martin Sheen claimed he revealed his HIV status to partners he was having unprotected sex with.

Hours later, however, at least one of his former lovers publicly challenged that assertion, saying she not only had intercourse “everyday” with Charlie Sheen but lived with him as well -- without once hearing about his dire diagnosis.

Bree Olsen is just one of many high-profile individuals the drug-addled ex television actor said he now fears will pursue civil and/or criminal action against him for placing them at risk with his risky sexual behavior.

Sheen is a resident of California, a state which allows for prosecution of those who “intentionally” expose unsuspecting sex partners to the HIV virus or full blown AIDS, even if their victims don’t contract the disease themselves.

Amid mounting pressure, the haggard looking 50-year-old son of Martin Sheen finally confessed this week on Matt Lauer’s Today show that he knew “roughly four years ago” he had the dreaded virus.

Sheen further admitted to paying unnamed “extortionists” several “millions of dollars” throughout that same period, in order to keep his contagious and incurable condition a secret.
