A suspect who busted a leg raping a horse is now in custody for animal cruelty and bestiality again.
It’s the Texas man’s third such arrest for horsing around in his neighbor’s barn since 2012.
Baffled police say Cirilo Castillo, 45, was formally charged this month for his latest violation after they finally deduced he hadn’t actually broken his leg “in a car accident” after all.
They could have guessed as much, though, since the injured man was found in a horse stall, where he claimed to have “crawled” after being struck by a vehicle on the nearby highway.
Both investigators and the next-door neighbor think that Castillo most likely broke a leg when the filly he attempted to sexually mount violently resisted his amorous advances.
The habitual horse-buggerer has in fact been on probation for committing a similarly weird offense at the same farm in 2013, in a crime spree of bestiality there that his arrest record indicates began in the autumn of 2012.
It’s not clear if Cirilo Castillo suffers from some kind of equine thing, or if it’s just one pretty pony he’s obsessed with, but the Texas horseman is once more behind bars for his sexual deviance, charged as well with criminal trespassing.
