People are beginning to wonder why the Kendra Hatcher murder-for-hire mastermind, Brenda Delgado -- who’s been on the lam now for weeks -- wasn’t taken into custody ASAP.
The 33-year-old was on police radar within days of the glamorous Dallas doctor’s killing in a downtown garage on September 2nd, after the female getaway-driver for Delgado’s henchman was arrested and confessed.
He too was then apprehended and charged for the vendetta execution of Dr. Hatcher during a mock-robbery attempt, yet it turns out that Delgado herself wasn’t even under surveillance.
She skipped out of town early this month, following word that the DPD was about to issue a warrant for her arrest. It’s not clear who the informant was.
